The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan
"I think about how we are so focused on the peril presented by the Forest that we forget that the rest of life can be just as dangerous. I think about how fragile we are here - like fish in a glass bowl with darkness pressing in on every side."

I know lots of people have already read this book, but I'm finally getting around to taking their suggestion. I'm 100 pages in and I'm loving it. There's something about this story that reminds me a little of Hunger Games - maybe the kind of society or something? I dunno. But whatever it is, I'm loving it.
Oh, and I thought that quote was kinda cool. It made me stop when I read it. Very profound and could have a lot read into it. I'm impressed so far.

I haven't read this ye, either, but I've heard a lot about it. Enjoy!
Here's my teaser at arch thinking.
I want to get to read this so badly! I am reading Iron King so I just had to use it for my teaser. Here is my blog where you can find it: http://emmamichaels.blogspot.com/
The Forest of Hands and Teeth is a great read, I'm glad you're enjoying it! Carrie is such a nice person and very interesting to talk to. I got the chance to interview her for a podcast and she is so fun! I can't wait for the sequel, The Dead Tossed Waves to come out.
Ooh, love it! This book has been in my TBR pile for ages. Definitely sounds like I need to move it up to the top.
My TT
I love the quote you used. I liked The Forest of Hands and Teeth. It did remind me of The Hunger Games when I read it too. I still like The Hunger Games more but this one has more romance in it than The Hunger Games. I can't wait to read the next one. I look forward to hearing your thoughts when you finish the book!
I haven't read the book either. My teaser is here.
Loved this quote -- I really enjoyed this book when I read it, and I've been pushing it on some other people. :)
