If you’re not enjoying a book, will you stop mid-way? Or do you push through to the end? What makes you decide to stop?I cannot honestly think of a time where I've completely stopped a book. I have been angry at a book and put it down for a while, but I've never not finished it. I think one reason for this is that I only allow myself to read one book at a time. If the book I'm reading at the moment isn't good, I'll plow through it to get to the next book.
I think I also have high hopes for endings. I always end up thinking that maybe there's going to be some big ending that's going to make me understand/like more the book. And sometimes that is the case.
So, all that being said, I always push through to the end. :)
What do you do?

I think it's great that you can make yourself read just one book until you finish it. I would never have that much self-discipline. Which is why I'm usually reading three or four books at once!
My answer: Giving Up.
I have tried both your emails and can't seem to get through to you so I'm contacting you this way. I have passed on the Lovely Blog award to you! You can go to my site at http://wwwBuriedinBooks.blogspot.com and get your award and pass it on to up to 15 bloggers you feel deserve it. Congratulations!

Hey, sometimes books don't deserve to be read. As a librarian I am constantly telling students that it is OK to abandon a book, but they have to give it a fair start. I like Nancy Pearl's rule: Read 100 minus age before abandoning.

Wow! You're awesome for only reading one book at a time. I want to keep it that way, but I get ADD!
Here's mine.
