Review:

I was looking for a light, fun read after a few of the more serious titles I've been reading lately - and this book was perfect! It was a wonderful story that had some truly hilarious parts that made me lol for realz. :). Kidding. Sorry. But this book really was a funny story that had a great mystery mixed in.

I'd almost put this book in the same conversation of the Linda Gerber mysteries - but this one has a true fantasy aspect as the basis of the story. But it was more mystery than anything else. Well, mystery and love interests. That's her investigative method, which supplies quite a bit of humor. I do hope that she writes more stories with these characters. I can see so much more happening with this family.

I'd definitely recommend this book for anyone looking for a fun mystery. Even if you're not a fan of the whole vampire thing. It's not really along the same theme as a lot of vamp stories and the main character is still squeamish about the whole thing anyway. I'd say anyone reading YA Fic will love this one.

Well, just searched for an author website and realized that it was written under a pseudonym. Here's the author's website.
