I started the year doing the 999 Challenge with LibraryThing. Follow the link to get the full details of it, but my nine categories were all in YA Lit (obvs). Realistic Fiction, Mystery and Adventure, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Historical Fiction, Graphics, African American, Chick Lit, and Classics.
Unfortunately, I finished the year lacking two classics. Alas. There were just way to many other things I wanted to read and actually had access to. But I suppose this means I didn't complete the challenge. Perhaps I should count a few of the books as modern classics - things I know that are going to be considered classics in years to come. :)
